This Privacy Policy explains how Pinnacle Mutual Consulting LLC ("Pinnacle", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit pinnaclemutualconsulting.com (the "Website") or contact us through it. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Pinnacle Mutual Consulting LLC is a consulting company located at 933 Spring Creek Way, Douglasville, Georgia 30134, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@pinnaclemutualconsulting.com or +1 (404) 205-9000.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, and the subject and message you write. Our product enquiry form also asks for your phone number and company name (optional).
- Meeting bookings: if you book a meeting through the scheduling tool on our Contact page, the details you enter (such as your name, email and chosen time) are collected by our scheduling provider, Calendly, and shared with us.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us directly by email or tell us by phone.
Please do not include sensitive information (such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers or health information) in a form or message.
Information collected automatically
- Usage information (Google Analytics): pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city/region level, derived from your IP address). See Cookies and analytics.
- Security information: when you submit a form, we record your IP address and the time of the attempt so we can limit repeated submissions and block spam. Failed sign-in attempts to our administration area are recorded the same way.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the Website running and secure.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we received it.
- To discuss, provide and manage the consulting, engineering, training or recruiting services you ask about.
- To send you information about our services that you have asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To protect the Website and our users: preventing spam, abuse and unauthorized access. Messages are checked automatically, and messages that look like spam or unsolicited sales offers are filed separately and receive no reply email.
- To understand how the Website is used and improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, running and securing our business and Website), your consent (for analytics cookies where required, and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Website uses the following:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID | Pinnacle | Strictly necessary. Keeps forms secure (protects against forged submissions). | Until you close your browser |
_ga, _ga_B4LWQGKN7G | Google Analytics | Analytics. Distinguishes visitors and sessions so we can count visits and see which pages are useful. | Up to 2 years |
| Various | Calendly, Google Maps, YouTube | Set by embedded scheduling, map and video features on some pages, under those providers' own policies. | Set by each provider |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Website will still work, although some embedded features may not. To stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits, you can use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run the Website for us: Hostinger (website hosting, database and email delivery), Google (Google Analytics, Google Maps and Google Fonts), Calendly (meeting scheduling), YouTube (embedded video), and content delivery networks that serve fonts, icons and images (Cloudflare/cdnjs, Font Awesome, Unsplash). These providers process information under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, our instructions.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- Business changes: if Pinnacle is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Our service providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and messages: for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
- Messages identified as spam: reviewed and deleted periodically.
- Security records (IP addresses of form submissions and sign-in attempts): deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Google Analytics data: kept by Google according to the retention setting of our Analytics account.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire Website, restricted access to submitted messages (protected by passwords and two-factor authentication), protection against forged form submissions, and automated spam and abuse filtering. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information (unless we must keep it for legal reasons);
- stop sending you information about our services.
Depending on where you live (for example, in California or other U.S. states with privacy laws, or in the EEA or UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email info@pinnaclemutualconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).
9. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the Website.
